OK - WTF?! I have NO socks in my sock drawer, and none in my stack of clean clothes. And I know for a fact that I only have 3 pairs (out of 12 total) in my dirty clothes hamper - trust me, I looked! So what I want to know is - WHO THE HECK IS STEALING MY SOCKS!! And if no one is stealing them, then WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY ALL? I mean really - where could they be disappearing to? I wonder if one day, I'll see a sock sticking out from under my house (like the leg of the Wicked Witch of the East in the Wizard of Oz) and find a whole pile of them sitting down there covered with lint and dirt arranged in a pattern that resembles a snickering face - as if to say "Ha Ha. Fooled you. We were down here all the time!" I've heard that everyone has a problem with disappearing socks - maybe they are contributing to the overcrowding of our landfills? I don't know, but I just solved my problem, at least temporarily... I bought a package of 6 more!
