John Burch was the BIG Kahuna (workout leader).

Warm up - GHD Sit Ups - holding a 35 pound kettlebell overhead, and one-legged box jumps.

Workout - Tabata Mash Up
Tabata Deadlifts with bodyweight on the bar.
Tabata "L" Pull Ups

Sounded like a brutal combination. I ended up doing 81 total deadlifts and 52 "L" pull ups. Though it was only 8 minutes of workout, I will definitely feel this over the next few days!
