Today’s Workout was a Bear - Literally!

Yesterday I wanted to do a quick workout, so I did a couple sets of tabata exercises. First I did push-ups, then I got the bright idea of doing weighted squats. I got out my vest, put all 20 pounds in it and did 4 minutes of tabata squats. I scored 15 and might have been able to pull of 16, I think.

Needless to say I was feeling sore from that today.

Then I took Andy's 12pm advanced class...

Ouch.

Roving Bear w/ 25# d-bells
4 walking lunges
7 squat cleans
4 walking lunges
7 front squats
4 walking lunges
7 push press
4 walking lunges
7 split jerks

This evening, I was standing - not even MOVING - and I felt like my glutes were burning. Not a good sign! lol!
