Have you been keeping up on the Olympics this year? I've been finding them particularly fascinating as an opportunity to observe form on a world class level. The runners, gymnasts, and Olympic lifters all display a subtle variety of form, but at it's core are the same mechanics we teach in class. Try watching the Olympics and thinking about what you're learning as a CrossFit student -- are they doing what they're supposed to? And what is the result?
