Cholesterol
We've maintained for the past five years that there is no link between cholesterol and heart disease. People's obsession with lowering their cholesterol has nothing to do with reducing their likelihood of having a heart attack. This is in direct conflict with the message that most doctors, prescriptive drug companies, and the media would have you believe. Here are a few videos that might help you decide for yourself.

From the video, it seems there IS a link between cholesterol and heart disease. The lower your cholesterol, the higher your risk of heart disease.
