Are you as MAD AS HELL?
There is a time when getting mad as hell is appropriate and finding that time is difficult at best however I believe it is useful. To do something great in our society, such as change people's lives through fitness, requires emotion to wake people out of their daily routine. The secret to using the emotion of anger (similar to happiness, fear, sorrow etc.) is to actually DO something with it. Channeling that energy into an action will move you from being a "talker" to a "do-er" and that action will attract like minded people who previously may have not noticed you.

So, if you're feeling MAD AS HELL... do something about it.
