How do I sustain growth?
As small business owners the challenge of growing a business to one that operates like a well oiled machine take a lot of work... personal work. In initial discussions with affiliate owners one of our suggestions is to start by looking in the mirror for what should be fixed first. If you want long term success you should be invested in your personal growth and awareness for the years to come. The reason for this is simple; your small business is a direct reflection of you and your ideas. How do I know this? I know this because there is no one else to point the finger at. And you are also the person who should take a bow when everything goes right.

We take the approach of professional and personal development when doing our seminars. The most recent graduates; Jim Turnbo, Carole Stevens and James Stella have reason to smile in the photo below... they’re done with our extensive week or training.

What have you committed to for your own personal development?

FYI - the upcoming seminar is filling. It’s 2 days, Dec 11th and 12th. Call us or email me for more info.

John, love the blog, I try to read it a couple times a week. I plan on opening up an affiliate in a couple years and you have some very pertinent info on here that I will definitely call on when the time comes. I am wondering what your week of training consists of? Thanks.

John and Andy,

Jim and I just looked around the gym the other day and thought wow- things are really looking good around here and we really have the two of you to thank. We had a lot of the pieces to the puzzle but never knew how to put them together, the two of you helped us with that. Our athletes are cheering each other on, I see journals brought to the gym and filled out at the end of class, people are talking...and things are heading in the right direction! I encourage anyone who needs a little extra push in getting the "business" end up and running to attend this seminar. I not only learned a lot about business this week but I also had to learn a lot about myself. Prepare yourself for two people that are totally honest about where you are excelling but in the next breath will let you know where you are failing. Sometimes they may tell you things about yourself you don't want to hear.....but, you will leave a much better person than when you walk through that door on Monday. My weekly calls with Jennifer remind me that I am still a "work in progress" growing with each day!

Thanks John and Andy from the bottom of my heart....You two are a class act!
