Keeping workouts simple
Sometimes the best workouts we get to do are the ones that have only 2 or 3 elements in them at most. It can be fun to have lots of different movements to do, and it even can make workouts a bit easier to get through - the longer you have before you get back to a movement, the more rest you get for that particular muscle group. Having only 2 elements, maybe with a run added, means that you don't get much of a break from any one thing that you're doing. Some of the most deceptive workouts look the simplest in writing. The next time you find yourself thinking, "hey, that doesn't look too hard," be afraid, be very afraid.

What are decline push ups?
Posted by Zeb on 10/09 at 08:38 AM
Decline push ups are performed with your feet higher than your shoulders. You can use any height platform you want. Ultimately, you will be able to progress to handstand push ups.
