This one really hurt. The rowers at UCLA are right next to the elliptical machines. I don't think the afternoon 'cardio' crowd is used to seeing someone run for the trash can and dry heave. On the upside, I set a new PR for my 500m row

I never knew I could smile after being the piece of wood in a chipper. Who knew?!
