0830 Crew - Saturday
Saturday's "Bring a friend" Day brought out LOTS of students and a few of their friends. I hope we weren't too hard on our first time guests!



Today's Workout
For time:
500m row
50 squats
20 pull ups
30 thrusters
400m run
30 thrusters
20 pull ups

I had a great time and a great couple of workouts. Thanks again to Andy, Becca, Dawn, and the other trainers for the hospitality. I hope to be back in a couple of months for another visit.

Yes, what an awesome crew of people we had come through the gym on Saturday! Thanks to all of you who brought a "friend" and I hope they're not too sore! And great job to EVERYBODY on the workout - it was a doozy!

This one really hurt. The rowers at UCLA are right next to the elliptical machines. I don't think the afternoon 'cardio' crowd is used to seeing someone run for the trash can and dry heave. On the upside, I set a new PR for my 500m row wink.

Great job you guys!! It was the workout that "keeps on hurting" but we all made it through!!

I never knew I could smile after being the piece of wood in a chipper. Who knew?!

Hope all the new people had a great time and will come back for more pain, ahh, pleasure. And make sure you pat yourself on the back (or on all the sore parts of your body) about what you accomplished. Awesome job!
