Way to go, Jen! I was out of town this past weekend and went to the local Y to work out. I got stares & whispers from women ("what weight is she using?") for cleaning and squatting a measly 60 lbs.
Does a weight really have to be color-coded pink for women to think they can lift it? Pictures like these might change some minds. Thanks to both you and Kathryn and all heavy-lifting women in Crossfit for being such an inspiration!

GREAT job Jen! Now I have the inspiration to work on my deadlifts again...of course, it will have to wait til the paddling season is over. My back hurts just thinking about it, haha.
