A visita from Down Unda

Adam Stanecki from CrossFit Victoria joined us last week for a couple of workouts. He and his wife came a looooong way for their Santa Monica CrossFit fix - about 8,000 miles to be exact. Adam owns and operates CrossFit Victoria and was in the States for the CrossFit Certification this past weekend in Valencia. Today's Workout
Run 1.5 miles in one minute sprints. At the end of each sprint, complete 25 squats and 10 push ups.
- Goal is to finish the 1.5 miles in as few one minute sprints as possible. Post your time.
We must have some pretty cool students that Adam would come 8,000 miles to train with you guys!

Do you rest at all after the pu's and su's or do you just do your next sprint?
