for time:
Run 1,200m
120 squats
Run 800m
80 squats
Run 400m
40 squats
Ah, the rower... fun times!

You guys look awesome!!! I have to say that I got to know the concept 2 a little too intimately when Andy kept saying, "Push off HARDER!!" Well, I did and found myself clear off the seat and smack down on the cold steel. And instead of him saying, not THAT hard, Lisa - he just said, "Good. At least your legs are workin'!"
So many belief systems get thrown out the window with crossfit. Who knew falling off something would be the best thing ever for me. Ahhh, not so much for my ass!!! ![]()
