10 Push Jerks (95 lbs)
10 Knees to elbows

Conditions: 90 degrees F and frickin' humid. Dammit!
As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
5 fingertip, dead-hang, pull-ups
10 burpees
15 squats
9 rounds completed.
It's just not the same on your own.

Nevermind...I just realized it is a different workout, haha...brain is still not functioning fully and this is after a workout AND coffee!

I have never had more fun around sledgehammers, saws, dustpans, buzzing blades, big bolts, drywall, clean balls (thank you, Clorox wipes!) and some very healthy testosterone. Bec and I are still trying to grab a transcript of the day including some favorites like, "I'LL KNOCK IT DOWN! DO YOU NEED A SLEDGEHAMMER? and WHY IS THAT THERE I'M GONNA TAKE IT OUT!!". Great job everybody. The new space is awesome. Who knew growing pains could be so much fun!!
And TRAVER KICKED ASS WINNING HIS FIGHT ON SAT NIGHT!!! HOT HOT HOT!!!
