We're having some great summer weather in Southern Cal. Get out there and enjoy it... take a kettlebell to a park or a track and try this workout.

Today's Workout
3 rounds for time of:
400m Run
11 Kettlebell swings - left arm
11 kettlebell swings - right arm
6 Turkish get ups - left arm
6 Turkish get ups - right arm


Working out on the near-death-injury-coma-fringe is all I know.

Ouch! Hadn't seen that back flip one before! lol! And that Kung Fu one is classic -- it always makes me laugh that he crashed into the light and you can hear him mumbling, "I'm okay."

standing backflips are the best ab workout ever. clearly that guy didn't do enough reps. one day we will have a workout with 25 standing backs. we just need a trampoline.

130? He must have some sort of inner-ear dysfunction, I would be so dizzy after that the pukie bucket would be full.
