Today's Workout
"300" (yes, this is the one made famous by the Movie 300)
For time:
25 pull ups
50 Deadlifts - 135 lbs
50 push ups
50 box jumps - 23" box
50 knees to elbows
50 kettlebell single arm clean and presses
25 pull ups
We did this one last Friday here at BTB CrossFit in Atlanta. Its pretty evil. But, where are the floor wipers?? That's the best part!
We thought that the K2E were harder than the floor wipers, so we upped the ante a bit (actually, I didn't know exactly what they were).
:o) Here is a video demo of all the 300 exercises including the floor wipers. Pull them in on a WOD one day. They are good. Lots of our folks had a little trouble getting out of bed the next day. BTW, this guy's box jumps and KB cleans SUCK. But, good showing of the wipers. Have fun out there!

there was a good delay as I debated about interrupted a newspaper reader who was standing in front of the pu bar (I workout at a box gym where the pu bar is on the cable machine). so after seeing he wasn't in a hurry to do his next set I aked him to move an finished.
big killer: KtoE. took nearly 8 mins. was at 9:30 when I began those.
did PR in pu's with 23 on my first set.
