The picture is of Julia's belly on a monitor at the hospital last night... Funny story, I was so excited while there, I had to burn off some steam - so I was doing handstands - and I held one the longest I've ever held one without moving my hands - 50 seconds! Anyway, the workouts continue...
4 rounds for time:
21 front squats
42 arch rocks
400m run
Wow, this is really cool Andy - oh, and this is the first time I have ever blogged!! So a near miss with the ole basketball huh? OK, and here is a funny story - she sent the email out a couple days ago about the hospital visit. She made reference to "I am already having Braxton Hicks contractions....." and I thought - wow, cool - they have picked a name for the Baby!! Braxton Hicks Pentranek.
OK, so I was corrected then by someone who said - thats the name of the contractions dork! OK, how dumb am I

Andy from my point of view you have been VERY present and rarely have I experienced you as pre-occupied - even as the big day approaches - So BRAVO to you and if you are somewhat pre-occupied from here on out until your son's birthday, hey, your version of pre-occupied is a lot of people's version of showing up fully!!
I also acknowledge Julia's willingness to allow you to post this picture - she does know right
???

Beautiful. Preoccupation, blowing off steam, a 50 second handstand, Julia's belly, your baby boy...
Thanks for always making us feel like we're part of the big event. We're celebrating already.
I say you go for: MAX JOY.
Wow! Congrats on the handstand! Oh yeah, and the baby too...Awesome!
Wow, getting close!
I'm going to be checking back regularly to watch for a pic of the new little guy, once he's on the outside of mom.
Cool post.
