Got Enough Left to Smile

Sometimes at the finish of a workout, the only thing you can do is to lie there and smile. Bill just finished a particularly tough combo - push press and front squats, and looks a bit like he got in a fight with the chalk bucket.

Just gotta say Cill's Clean and Jerk obsession really paid off today. I finally started to get the Clean and Jerk and blew away my old PR. Yeah.

Chloe - appreciate your concern. Adam's form is absolutely perfect for the rack position of front squats. You should do a little more homework before posting a comment like that - or, consider joining us so that you can also learn the proper form for movements like the front squat.
