Handstand Push Ups
Thursday, November 20, 2008
If you don't have down your handstand push up, get started by practicing handstands against the wall. Once you've mastered getting up into a handstand, then it's time to start lowering toward the floor - but be careful! Just the simple act of bending your elbows can cause you to come crashing down on to your head. Work on increasing your depth, one centimeter at a time, until eventually, you're able to come all the way down to the floor!

Wow... What an awesome pic! I wish I could take credit for that one.
I almost feel like Andy is talking to me personally in this post, for my HSPU are far from where they need to be. I can get up into the handstand, and then down to the floor... It's getting back up again that is the problem. And then trying to do it over and over again! Hmmm!

I wish I had my handstand pushups like Zeb... that's the reason I'm taking extra time this month to work on that skill when I have any free time... modest improvements as expected.
