It’s just your bodyweight
Many of our students found out yesterday that the idea of simply moving your own bodyweight on the floor, on parallel bars and on rings can be extremely challenging... and for some, more challenging movements, next to impossible. And this is for movements that gymnasts aren't even rated on in competition! How do you get better at doing these things? Practice, practice, practice and then practice some more.

Today's Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
4 Muscle-ups
8 Handstand push-ups
12 Single leg Squats (pistols)

I understand now why we were not permitted to swear during the seminar. We had to leave some vocabulary to describe how we feel today. For example, "holy fuck, I am sore in places I never knew I had," or, "sweet shit, Roger didn't act like he was a sadist," or simply, "Balls!"

That was so much fun. What a great group.

I am hurting in weird spots on my hands and feet, and I didn't even do half as much as everyone else!

Also my envy for people like Zeb and Traver and Stanwyck who learn things way too quickly has required some swear words as well.

Great seminar! Got my money's worth after the first 3 hours, then it kept going and going.
