Mundi-WHAT? No, I didn't know what it was either... but now I do. Today, two of our students, Sean Robinson and Valerie Worthington, are competing in the Mundials, otherwise known as the World Jiu-Jitsu Championships. It is the most prestigious Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournaments in the world. Lets hope they REPRESENT as we know they both can!

I got a text from Val saying she won her division (won three matches) and then was awarded her brown belt from her instructor! Way to go Val!

what kinda weight is being used for the squat cleans and snatches and the push jerk?

Mark - the only weight used is either a PVC pipe or broomstick. It will stick wear you down!
