Complete 50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:
Double Unders
Squats
Jumping pull ups


Wow! This one's a HECKUVA lot harder than it looks if you really push it for time! Don't let those jumping pull ups fool ya, they'll really sneak up on you. (12:25)
