Today's Workout
"2 Bars of Death"
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds for time of:
Deadlift - 1.5 x bodyweight
Squat Clean - .75 x bodyweight
Push ups - 3x the number of reps in the round
- example - round 1: 10 deadlifts, 10 squat cleans, 30 push ups

55 reps each with 405 and 202 respectively, and 165 pushups?!?! When I first read this I thought, they're #@!&* crazy! But that's what Crossfit does. Off to the gym to face my fear...and smash it in the face!
So that video, is that one of the crossfit "challenges" we should expect in the Great Urban Race?
I like how the guy in third practically flips all the way over every time he goes over the high walls. I wish the camera was on him more--he's an accident waiting to happen! And I love how the guy in the lead doesn't even look winded at the finish, but the other guy in camera range flops on the ground like he's dying...good stuff!! Wonder what your neighbors would say about THIS in the alley?? You're welcome to build it in my backyard though...you could even incorporate the pool!!

I had something similar at our school yard and there was about the same size thing at the other end of my hometown. Loved it as a kid!
